In the “fixed” mode, the press arm travels on a predetermined path, however, in the “free weight” mode, the path is determined by the user- offering the most variety, all in one machine. The patented fingertip 21 position press arm release lever is easy to use and allows adjustments while in the exercise position. An aesthetically appealing machine, guide rods are hidden by full shroud enclosure.   Revolutionary cross chest fly allows chest work from a variety of angles and provides a more complete contraction of the pectoral and other surrounding muscles.  Leg press option available. 210 lb. weight stack available.
