The back of the seat features a “floating” suspension system, so that as you move, the seat moves with you, instead of your muscles fighting against a stationary seat back.
To better aid your knees and reduce shear force on them, Precor designed the seat rail angle with a 15 degree offset from the crank axle so that the knee is directly over the ball of the foot when the pedals are in the 2 and 8 o’clock positions.
