What We’re Excited About

At Fitness Expo, we love what we do. If you visit any one of our six locations around Louisiana (well, one in Jackson, Mississippi), you’ll be greeted by staff who are excited about fitness, excited about our products, and who want to share that enthusiasm with you. Since we regularly get new items that we’re really excited about, we’ve created the Featured Products page to share them with you. The Featured Products page shows the fitness items that have us jazzed right now.

Fitness Expo is particularly stoked about quite a few items at the moment. First up is the Inspire Power Tower, a little unit that gives you a full-size workout. You can do pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, knee raises, and many other grueling exercises, all from a tower that fits in the corner of a small room. We’re also pretty into the Precor 240i stretch trainer, designed to help you improve your flexibility and coordination with vigorous stretch work. The 240i’s unique seat design keeps your back stable in an ergonomically correct position that targets the back and lower body muscles to keep you flexible for your workouts and for life itself.

Speaking of Precor, we’re thrilled about two more of their training units, the EFX 5.21 elliptical trainer and the 9.23 treadmill. The EFX 5.21 gives you Precor quality in an affordable package, adjustable to three positions and with fixed handlebars to really work the lower body. The 9.23 is also one of Precor’s more affordable models. It contains settings for multiple users, so everyone can design the workout that they need; you enter your weight, age, and the target zone you’re aiming for (fat burning, cardio, or peak), and your settings are programmed and waiting for you with just your user ID. No resetting after each use.

Like we said, we here at Fitness Expo are crazy about fitness equipment. We have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share, and each location is staffed with folks who are eager to get you as excited as we are about the products we carry. Different stores have different promotions, so no matter which location you visit, you’ll find the equipment and accessories that are right for you.
