Some diets require people to eliminate an entire food group. This can lead to poor nutrition and frustration. Instead, focus on choosing the best options within all the food groups. For example, olive oil and salmon can provide healthy fats. Whole grains are better than processed ones. Raw fruit and veggies are a healthier option than ones canned with sugar.
