LifeCore LCR99 – Row Your Heart Out

If you’re training for a rowing event, then you need to consider the LifeCore LCR99 – end of story. The LCR99 is a cost-effective piece of equipment that can help you build up the upper body and core muscle strength necessary to compete in any rowing event, without requiring you to get out on the water. Even if you don’t intend to race, this machine combines elements of multiple workouts to give you an excellent way to build strength, increase stamina, and shed calories in one strong routine.
The St. Louis Sprints, hosted by the St. Louis Rowing Club, will be held this April in Missouri. If you want to shine in this or other rowing competitions, the LifeCore is a great machine to get you the extra edge you need.
The LifeCore is designed to let you control your workout; boasting 16 levels of increasing resistance, coupled with 12 preset workout programs that allow you to get just the right level of intensity for your needs. You can use the variable resistance and programs to get a fast, short workout, or a high resistance one. A 5k heart rate chest strap lets you monitor your cardio intensity during the workout as well, giving you plenty of data to refine your exercise.
The features don’t stop with feedback, however. A silent drive system keeps the noise down while you work out, letting you listen to the music or entertainment of your choice while you sweat. A large, ergonomic seat allows you to maintain good posture easily throughout the routine you choose. When you’re finished, you can fold it up and store it in any 16” x 24” space, leaving your floor free for your other needs.
Fitness Expo is a great place to get the LifeCore LCR99. Louisiana residents can pick one up in Shreveport, Mandeville, Metairie, Baton Rouge, or Kenner, and Jackson Mississippi natives have a Fitness Expo all their own to shop at. Check out more of their rowing machines.
The Fitness Expo staff will guide you through the body mechanics necessary to use your machine properly and won’t treat you like a bank account. They treat you like family and will make sure you get the most mileage out of your purchase.
