Take A Stand (Or A Seat)

If you’ve shopped around the Fitness Expo website, or visited any one of our six locations, then you’ve seen the excellent selection of large fitness equipment that we carry. But we’re not just about the exercise bikes, ellipticals, and big home gyms. We’ve also got your good old-fashioned weights; and the benches, stands, and racks you need to keep your weights and accessories organized. We’re proud to offer you a selection of PowerBlock stands and benches to complement our selection of kettlebells and dumbbells.
The Compact Weight Stand is, as you might have guessed, a compact and affordable way to store your PowerBlock set. It folds easily, so you can move it from room to room, and it holds any weight set of up to 50 lbs. of weight per hand. At the other end of the spectrum we have the PowerBlock U125 rack stand, designed to specifically accompany the U125 weight set (sold separately). We’re also proud to carry PowerBlock’s sport bench, for seated weight routines. The sport bench offers you five positions for your adjustable seat, and the tapered seat cushion can adjust down so you don’t slide off when you’re in the incline positions.
Our weight sets are adjustable, so you can add on to them as you have the money and the inclination. And our complementary stands give you a place to put your weights as your collection and your muscles increase.
As we said, Fitness Expo has six locations around Louisiana, including Metairie, Kenner, and Baton Rouge, as well as one in Jackson, Mississippi. So you’re never more than a car ride from everything you need to take up a good weight-training routine. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff can walk you through our selection of weights, and the right support equipment to help you set up your own weight station in the comfort of your home. And since we also carry a wide range of PowerBlock dumbbell and kettlebell sets, we can be sure you leave with the right weights for your fitness goals. We can even help you set up a safe workout routine, so you can get started as soon as you get the car unpacked.
